These instructions apply to Minora AI, including the Meta app Minora AI Ads, operated by LLC MINORAAI.
What this request covers
You can request deletion of Meta Platform Data associated with your Minora AI workspace, as well as deletion of your Minora AI account. These instructions cover data held by LLC MINORAAI and its service providers.
This request does not delete your Facebook or Meta account, your Meta ad account, campaigns, or data held by Meta. Contact Meta separately about information stored on Meta systems.
Meta access and data that may be involved
When you connect Meta resources, Minora AI Ads may request permissions including: ads_management, ads_read, business_management, catalog_management, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, leads_retrieval, pages_manage_ads, pages_read_engagement, and pages_show_list. Connected resource types may include ad accounts, catalogs, pixels, Instagram accounts, and Pages.
Depending on the resources you connect and the features you use, the request may cover access tokens and connection details; resource identifiers; advertising, catalog, Page, Instagram or lead data accessed through the permissions above; and reports or related records generated in Minora. The permission list describes access the app may request; it does not mean every listed data category is collected or stored for every workspace.
How to submit a deletion request
Email contact@minora.ai with the subject Minora AI — Data Deletion Request.
Include the email address used for your Minora AI account, your organization or workspace name, whether you want to delete Meta connection data or the whole Minora AI account, and the relevant Meta ad account or resource ID if available. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
How we process your request
- We verify that the request comes from the account holder or an authorized workspace administrator. We ask only for the minimum additional information needed to confirm authority.
- After verification, we stop further synchronization for the requested Meta connection and disable that connection in Minora.
- We delete the applicable stored authorization tokens and in-scope Meta data from Minora's active systems, reports, related records and derived copies.
- We instruct relevant service providers to delete in-scope copies and track completion.
- We send confirmation by email when processing is complete. If a specific record must be retained by law, we explain what is retained and why, restrict its use, and retain it only as required.
Timing and backups
We aim to acknowledge a verified request within five business days and complete deletion without undue delay, with a target of no later than 30 calendar days after verification. This is Minora's service target; Meta does not impose a universal 30-day deadline for all requests.
Any residual backup copies are kept out of active use and removed through Minora's backup-retention process. If data is restored from backup, the deletion is reapplied. In-scope copies held by service providers are also covered by the deletion process.
Disconnecting Meta is not the same as deleting stored data
You may revoke Minora AI Ads' access through your Meta Business integrations to prevent future access. Revoking access does not by itself delete data already stored in Minora. Submit the request above to ask Minora to delete its stored copies.
