To provide our autonomous marketing platform, media buying automation, and related services, Minora AI engages third-party service providers and subprocessors. Below is the list of third-party subprocessors authorized to process data on behalf of Minora AI and its customers.

Minora AI does not use customer data, prompts, or connected advertising platform data (including Meta data) to train or fine-tune artificial intelligence models. Subprocessors are engaged under enterprise agreements and data processing terms requiring strict confidentiality and security safeguards.

1. Google Cloud / Vertex AI
Purpose: AI processing of necessary user prompts and connected campaign context to execute autonomous marketing analysis, budget optimization, and creative generation.
Infrastructure & Location: Global endpoint (managed multi-region infrastructure hosted by Google Cloud).
Configuration & Retention Controls: API cache configuration is disabled (disableCache: true). Request-response logging is disabled by default. Under applicable Google Cloud terms, Google Cloud may temporarily retain prompts suspected of abuse for up to 90 days solely to review potential violations; such data is not used to train models.

2. OpenRouter
Purpose: Model access layer and AI routing for specialized workflow tasks.
Configuration & Retention Controls: Zero Data Retention (ZDR) routing policies are strictly enforced across active model groups (including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, SpaceXAI, and all standard models). Configured strictly for 'Zero retention only' routing where available. Logging of inputs and outputs is disabled, broadcast modes are disabled, and participation in data-sharing or discount programs for model training is completely disabled.

3. Google Cloud Storage
Purpose: Secure cloud file and media storage, including user-imported advertising creatives, video assets, and generated campaign collateral.
Location: United States / Global Google Cloud infrastructure.

4. Resend
Purpose: Transactional email delivery and administrative notifications (including campaign alerts, budget updates, performance summaries, and security notifications).
Location: United States.

All subprocessors are evaluated for security, compliance, and confidentiality. Data transfers between Minora and its subprocessors are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS. We do not authorize any third-party subprocessor to utilize customer proprietary data or connected ad account data for foundational model training.
